Never miss a Monday! 😁💪🏻

Tonight’s WOD was an intense EMOM followed by an accessory circuit — absolute burner in this tropical indoor heat 🥵

I was getting some evil looks and a few hand gestures during the workout… which honestly just made me laugh even more 😂

Massive effort from everyone tonight. The heat definitely made it tougher, but I’m never in doubt with this crew 👊🏻🔥
