We are sorry to inform all of the passing of member and great friend of the club, Jim Steven.
The club wish to pass on their deep condolences to all of Jim's family.
Funeral arrangements will be shared when available.

The Abbey emptied their Charity bottle during the week and are delighted to announce a staggering £700.92 was donated to the Abbey Junior Section.
The club wishes to thank all members, visiting players, guests and friends who have generously donated to the bottle over the last couple of years.
The bottle is now looking very sorry for itself so let’s try and fill it again 😉
We ran a Guess the Total sweepie and the winner of a Bottle of Malt Whisky, generously donated by C.L. Cargill, was Jim Arthur.

Reminder

The Abbey held their presentation night for the 2025 season on Ssturday 1st November and what a night it was.
The evening started with a welcome from Club President Liz Lowson and a lovely buffet tea.
We then moved on to the presentation of prizes for the year with appropriate and somewhat funny musical interludes by our entertainment 😁
The evening entertainment was provided by the wonderful Pepperpot. Music for all ages made it a night to remember.
Congratulations to everyone who was presented with a prize.
