Iāve had to make a pretty big decision recently, and it hasnāt been an easy one.
Iāve decided to step away from The High Performance Coach šÆ for now.
Thereās nothing dramatic behind it.
Iām just at a point where life, business and capacity are changing, and I canāt keep trying to do everything the way I have been.
But I didnāt want to move on from that chapter without saying what itās actually meant to me.
The support, ideas, conversations, accountability and people Iāve met through HPC have had a massive impact on me.
Some Iāve met in person.
Some Iāve only ever spoken to on calls.
But all of it has helped shape how I coach, how I run my business and, probably more importantly, how I operate as a person.
Iāve learned a lot about how to grow without constantly chasing everything.
How to focus on what actually matters.
How to make better decisions.
And how to stop treating myself like I need to be operating at 100mph all the time.
The time Iāve spent on calls with Ben in particular has been massively valuable.
Plenty of conversations started with business and ended up making me think about myself, my priorities and how I actually want my life to work.
Thatās something Iāll carry forward.
So this isnāt really a goodbye post.
Just a proper thank you for whatās been a really important chapter.
Now itās time to take what Iāve learned from it and see what I can build from here.
