What is the biggest drug on earth?

The biggest drug on earth is problems.

Because the deepest fear most people carry is that they are not enough.
And beneath that is an even deeper fear that if we’re not enough, we won’t be loved.

At some point, everyone feels this with the people they care about most.
I’m not smart enough. Not young enough. Not old enough. Not attractive enough. Not funny enough. Not rich enough. Not enough period.

And that is the worst feeling on earth.
To feel unloved and worthless is a kind of internal death.

So people create stories.
“It’s because I have dyslexia.”
“It’s because of my past.”
“It’s because of this or that.”

But that’s not why they feel the way they do. They feel this way because they’re afraid.

So if someone has a big problem, it becomes a shield, that’s why I’m not where I want to be.
Not because I’m not enough or not worthy of love.

Problems become a way to protect ourselves and a way to connect with others.

If not now when?

Let me help you set goals and achieve the person you want to be starting this month in 2026.

It’s amazing who you can become with the help of one decision.

Don’t let the time go away ⛰️

06/01/2026

2025 was a year of recovery, recalibration, and endurance for me, not a year of comfort or quick wins.

Last year, I came off antidepressants and sleeping tablets that I had been on for 10 years. That decision shaped everything that followed.

A large part of 2025 was spent dealing with broken sleep, nervous system instability, digestive issues, and the mental strain of not seeing immediate progress. There were long stretches where I questioned whether I had permanently damaged myself or whether I would ever feel fully myself again. Instead of going back on medication, I committed to letting my body and mind relearn how to regulate themselves naturally.

This year wasn’t about feeling good.
It was about rebuilding my baseline.

Even while recovering, I kept training and competing. I played my first professional rugby league match, prepared for a boxing fight, and continued to push physically through periods of low energy and disrupted sleep. I also worked towards endurance goals, including ultra marathon preparation.

What goals do you have in store for 2026?

I’m opening 10 places for men and women in and around Ballyclare willing to commit to 12 weeks of structure and discipline.

Starting on the 26th January.

Training will take place at Spartans Gym Ballyclare.

This is not a brand
It’s not content
Not a religion
Not a Church
And it’s not a personality cult
You’ll fix yourself or not at all.

It’s a private space to become accountable to yourself.

What’s involved:
• 12 weeks sobriety
• 1 full week of sobriety before starting
(This will be taken on your word — that’s the first character check)
• 2 gym-based training sessions per week
(Includes conditioning and controlled striking — no gym warriors, no egos)
• 1 × 5km run per week
• Workouts provided
• Strict timekeeping
• Accountability
• Mutual respect

There will be no cameras
No social media posts
No public performances.

Just hard work, consistency, and trust built offline.

Cost:
It isn’t cheap — deliberately.
Commitment filters better than motivation ever will.

This isn’t for everyone.
If you’re looking for hype, encouragement, or hand-holding, this isn’t it.

If this is for you, you’ll message.
If you’re unsure, wait.
