HYROX is one of the fastest-growing fitness sports in the world, and we’re excited to be launching our very own Youth HYROX programme at Invictus.
But here’s what makes us different…
This isn’t just another HYROX class.
While other gyms focus solely on the workout, our goal is to improve your child’s overall health, fitness, athletic performance, confidence, and lifestyle habits. Whether your child is already sporty or just starting their fitness journey, every participant will be coached and supported to improve.
Sessions will be led by Strength & Conditioning Coach Callum McCann, who is currently furthering his education in nutrition alongside HYROX athlete Kevin Robb, helping bring both performance training and nutritional guidance to our youth programme.
