Hard swim this afternoon due to wind and waves but got there in the end .

Over the last 3 evenings ive had absolute pleasure of coaching these two ladies front crawl along with swimming coach. Both have totally crushed it and followed all my advice without question and the results are amazing. With some practice and training there will be no stopping them . The greatest bit of it all is the smiles on both faces as we get out of the water , and cant wait to see what future swims hold for them both .

Well what a day nerves were wrecked this morning ahead of my first race swim @ swim ulsters big bay swim . Good to have company from Mary and Lisa . All the kms over last months well worth it now came 1st overall in the 750m race Mary Elizabeth 2nd ladies and Lisa McElroy 3rd ladies in the 1500m well done you both . Safe to say I exceeded my own expectations and that the 3 of us knocked it out of the park . Thanks to Swim Ulster and Richard Timms for the event was great day . But id also like say thanks personally to Richard Timms and Paul McCambridge who helped me out with my stroke.

So tried somethimg very different last weekend , coastaneering . Anyone knows me I do love jumping off things into water , but only few know im actually scared of heights . Face the fear and do it anyway !

Miserable evening but such a beautiful swim at Waterfoot beach. Ive made a lot of tweaks and adjustments to my own frontcrawl last few weeks and they are certainly paying of . PRACTICE makes PERMENANT
