Today I really appreciated the smell of fresh cut grass, the sight of trees thriving & blooming. The signs of fruit starting to appear and the wisdom and age of it all.
So I am making a point of teaching grounding practices as we enter into early summer, a time of ascending yang 🔥 and a very busy month for many.
This poem is a beautiful reminder of how we can be supported by nature around us.

Signing off for a week of Norwegian adventures with these two great girls!
My eldest now settled home after his surgery and my hubby, parents & carers pulling in to let me away.
Thank you to everyone for your messages, love & care this week. I’m exhausted, overwhelmed but so looking forward to the break ✈️
Studio reopens Tuesday 2nd June and will see everyone back on the mat from then!

• Monday 10.30am Qigong
• Monday 6.30pm Pilates

• Tuesday 10.30am Morning Hatha Yoga

• Thursday 7pm Qigong & Sound Meditation evening

• Friday 10.30am Pilates

The studio will then be closed until Tuesday 2nd June!

Only a few spaces left in the June/July classes so please book on if interested.

is your ability to accept and flow.

So grab the good gratefully with hungry fists
and face the other stuff bravely

that it will one day be behind you
where it can no longer hurt.
