Apologies for missing last week, there’s a lot to cover so here goes……
Skye and Kenzie were in action last week in the Ayrshire ladies u25s, with Skye managing a win and Kenzie unfortunately missing out.
Our Ladies were in District 29 Scottish play down action, singles pairs and triples came up short but our fours have qualified for the district final.
Our first open pairs was held last Sunday with father and son duo from Lugar, Neal and Jordan Murray coming out on top.
All our senior Ayrshire representatives were in district semi final action on Sunday with our pairs and triples progressing to the final but the singles and fours coming up short.
Last Friday saw the start of our ladies Friday night league, which will continue throughout the season on Friday nights.
Last Saturday the club hosted the annual Tommy Dunlop trophy match with teams from Symington, Tarbolton and Annbank competing. Tarbolton came out on top.
Sunday saw our 2nd memorial triples taking place, with the Alex Crawford Triples. Steven Taylor, George Hendrie and Jordan Paterson were the eventual winners.
Our gents have been out competing in the Scottish play downs last week and this week. Singles and triples came up short but our pairs and fours are still going strong.
This coming Wednesday the club are hosting the district 29 Scottish mixed pairs semi finals with both games starting at 6.30pm.
Thursday sees our pairs and fours back in Scottish action at Northfield in the district 29 quarter finals, 6.30pm start.
Friday sees our next East District League fixture away to Catrine with a 6.30pm start, and week 2 of the ladies Friday night league. Also our junior coaching continues on Friday at 4.30pm.
Sunday sees our gents begin their district qualifiers for the Ayrshire championship.
