We are encouraging as many of you as possible to take part in some form of exercise on this day, and to help with this we are offering a range of free swimming sessions, classes, gym sessions and gym inductions 🤩

Not only that, but if you are keen to see what our gym looks like and have a member of our friendly team show you around and teach you the basics you can book a FREE induction;
