Regular Tai Chi practice helps you recognise what a relaxed, present moment state feels like. It's very subtle but in time it makes you a calmer person, more flexible and stronger. You also become more in tune with being in the present moment.

This is very satisfying🌻. It's a simple one exercise to take a break from sitting down. 10 each side can be done in a short time. If you're sitting working at home a timer on for 30 minutes one can get up and do a little something. This one has a good twist. Doesn't need to be as vigorous. If you've got 3 good combinations to do that would be very beneficial to do a little something.

This is a little clip of Tai Chi in a great little location in Norfolk that I was fortunate enough to film at a few months ago. The Tai Chi is available in worthing and Angmering. It's based on the opening of 24 forms of taichi. I've got 2 longer versions of the form. 36 moves and 63 moves. The forms also include some sun tai chi and

This is a Tai Chi Stick short clip to get an idea of the flow and fun of doing a bit of stick movement. Really good for coordination and balance. The stick is usually a bit faster than tai chi but it can be done more slowly. The Tai Chi is available in worthing and

Here's the ending of my extended version of . I've extended it to 63 movements, altered some of the pattern to make it less competition form to a smooth flowing and silky flow of a form. I'm teaching it as an intermediate form for my classes that have reached that level. A simplified version of yang style is available at in worthing on Wednesdays 10.30. Also available classes at in Angmering village, West Sussex.

Here's a very good look at the hall in Angmering Community Centre I thought I'd put up a relevant video of me and how I move. Anyone with a few years of Tai Chi can see the level of someone immediately from their movements. But more importantly it really shows off the hall. Just come down for a 11:50 start and give it a go. All levels welcome. I run inclusive pf level for a few years until reaching intermediate. However, that's not likely to happen soon with just over an hour once a week. A good outcome is intermediate. That's the level I like too.

Please note the some Tai chi forms on my YouTube I perform are not what I consider suitable for most people's needs. I have specially designed forms that are achievable and moderate. I put them there as pointers for others who have the "patience" to learn something more challenging.

My name is Stephen Luff and I currently live in the UK in a town by the sea called Worthing. I have filmed these videos in west sussex. I shall be converting my beginner tai chi from dvd to amazon video. It's a project I want to get right so it's taken a lot of time. I have my own website at www.zen...
