Worthing Girls Rugby Times vary so please feel free to contact us to check up to date training times. We welcome all girls whatever their abilities.

Training on Tuesdays
U10s & U12 6-7pm
U14 6-7.30pm
U16 & U18 7.30-9pm
Sundays U12-U16 11am -12.30pm U18 12.30-2pm

Training for the girls is on Sundays and Tuesday evenings. Currently they are:

Sundays U12, U14 and U16s 10.30-12pm; U18s 12-1.15pm
Tuesdays 10s and under 6.15-7pm (school years reception to year 5); U18s 6-7.15pm; U12s 6.30-7.15pm, U14 and U16s 7.15-8.30pm. The club offers a free membership trial period of 4 weeks, after that the fee for joining varies depending on what group they are in. Contact us for more details [email protected]
