There’s a common mistake in padel that every shot needs a big swing and loads of power.

When playing the ball off the glass, less is often more. Get behind the ball, turn your body sideways, keep your racket short and compact, and simply push through the ball.

A controlled, compact swing gives you far more consistency, control and accuracy than trying to hit it hard.

And remember consistency is key 🔑

From 15th–21st June, we’re running introduction to padel coaching sessions for just £5 per person.

In this 1-hour session you’ll learn:
