From 15th–21st June, we’re running introduction to padel coaching sessions for just £5 per person.

In this 1-hour session you’ll learn:
✅ The rules of the game
✅ How to hold the racket correctly
✅ How to serve
✅ Basic shots and tactics
✅ Court positioning
✅ How to use the glass

No experience needed. Whether you’ve played tennis, squash, badminton, or never picked up a racket before, this is the perfect introduction to the UK’s fastest-growing sport.
