Adam has been with me a while now and has made great strides in his personal fitness development.
He’s an avid cyclist 🚴 so the training plan for him was obviously Lower body not also functional upper body work too with core and rotation required to deal with the forces the bike gives him on all sorts of terrain.
He’s a world 🌍 away from where he was and is a fit person able to do any gym move required.
Re hab wise we’ve been careful on his back and to not load the hinge movements, we’ve built this back up to where he is now.
It continues to be a pleasure to train him 🙂💪
