What a day this was toe to toe right until the end!
9/9 lifts for me my best comp to date with a 52.5kg sleeved total PB and 7.5kg more than my wrapped total!
3kg separated me from first and 1kg from third very close the whole time! Congratulations to the top three very well deserved and an absolute phenomenal comp to be apart of.

Squat 262.5kg PB
Bench 175kg
Deadlift 292.5kg PB
Total 730kg PB

Massive thank you to my number one fan couldn't do it without you!
And also a massive thank you to the best coach in the game this man was on the calculator right to the end pushing the attempt selection tho whole way through!
