Face 2 Face PT is back
With a fresh and revitalised service
I’m super excited to get back to face 2 face coaching!
With a fresh look and fresh ideas, my coaching and your results will be stepping up a gear this year! 🔥

Throughout the last few months I’ve been able to really focus in on my training and fitness!
During this time I’ve lost over 10kg in mainly body fat and increased my muscle mass!
To achieve this all I’ve done is:
- Train 3 times per week ✅
- Increased my daily activity levels ✅
- Improved my diet (not perfected it) ✅
It really is that simple, no silly fad diets, no ridiculous training plans, no super strict diet!
