Domnic is now in the middle of his second program with me. The results from his first program where unreal PBs all round. That Extra college weight also stripped back.

Domnic PTs once a week and follows his program using our OPEN GYM facilities. He puts so much effort into every session I can’t wait to see the results from his next program. 💪

It’s not a 10 minute secret is it?

No one’s body is being in transformed in 2 weeks either. You’ve barely got half way through a menstrual cycle and you think you’re gonna be transformed? F**k off.

In a recent observational study in 2022 it was concluded that across 217 females who partook in 10 minute abdominal stimulation across the medulla oblongata region of the abs that there was “f**k all” change to the region.

The secret to a six pack, especially in women is to not eat enough calories, consistently.

Wow, what an incredible goal to accomplish, where can I buy your plan?

Ladies, please stop glorifying 6 pacs as a goal, for many of you, you’ll lose your period in pursuit of these (often photoshopped) physiques.

Within the scientific community discontinuation of the menstrual cycle is known as amenorrhea which translated means ‘take a fu***ng hint your calories are too low’.

Ladies, you’re better than sitting upright for 10 minutes a day. Set real goals, aim tirelessly towards them.

If a six pack is your goal - your life gets worse every day until you accomplish it. (Then lose it again inevitably)

If a performance or strength goal is the aim - often your life gets better on the way to accomplishing it.

Stop giving these 6 pac insta c***s the time of day, please.

TAKE IT ONE STEP AT A TIME

Small goals will always lead to an overall Big goal.

Lets stop worrying about the end target and start focusing on the smaller steps that will lead you there.

In terms of weightloss, focus on a pound a week rather than the scary 2stone finish line.

When it comes to a marathon, focus on your first mile rather than the 26 miles. Take each mile as it comes.

When it comes to a new course dont burden yourself with the overall amount of work needed to complete the course entirety. Get your first assignment done then worry about the next.

If we boggle our minds with how hard its going to be to reach the end goal alot of the time it gets too much for our brain to handle and we give up.

If we chip away pound by pound, mile by mile, assignment by assignment the end goal becomes closer and will seem more achieveable.

WHEN YOU LOVE YOUR WORK ARE YOU EVEN WORKING?!?

It has been my Dream from a young age to be a gym owner. It wasnt due to all the sports ive been involved in throughout my life and this is the go to career for someone like me. (Ive tried other career options they just wernt for me)

This was different, I remember attending my first gym class at 14 and watching my instructor in awe. The way she controlled the class, her enthusiasm and her ability to move her body in ways I never knew were even possible, aswell as making it enjoyable for all us looking up at her. Thats the moment I knew I wanted to do what she does I wanted to be her.

From that moment my life has been directed that very way. There have been times when I have wanted to give up on my Dream. When things havent gone to plan Ive threw in the towel and took other jorneys, but something always gravatited me back. (Sometimes very wierdly) some how the universe has guided me to the place I am meant to be.

Here we have it 17years later and my Dream has became reality. Its coming up to a year now and it still doesnt feel real.🙈 If you have a dream stick with it believe me its worth it. I help people every day to feel better about themselves and I wouldnt change it for the world. 😊

So Gyms can you pleaseeee hurry up and open up so I can get back to doing what I love 😊🏋️‍♀️🦍

SATURDAY SWEAT

30 MIN EMOM

1. Box jump overs
2. Db push press
3. Double unders
4. Db squats
5. Shuttle runs

Work for 30/45sec within the minute make sure you take 30/15sec Rest depending on fitness level.

Count your reps and try to maintain the same reps throughout the rounds.

6 Rounds in total

Dm for subsitutes if you havent the equipment to complete the workout.

HUMP DAY MOTIVATION

Meet Clare Charles 😊

TWO STONE OFF 🙌😎

Claire came to me in Febuary looking help with weightloss. Clare lives in Irvinstown I work in Omagh, at the start of her jorney we initially just looked at her nutrition due to the distance.
We put clare on MyFitness Pal and it worked a treat.

Just before lockdown she had 1 STONE off. Throughout lockdown clare then joined my Online classes and completed these early in the morning before work.

After lockdown she started to come to RAW Performance Gym Omagh attending our outdoor classes. Now clare attends one pt session a week with me and still enjoys her early morning workouts.

Clare was religous with tracking her calories and has been a perfect client. Clare now has TWO STONE off. Shes looks FAB 🙌😍

"I could not of done this with out Louise, she gave me the kick up the ass I needed. With the help of MyFitness Pal I now know a lot more about nutrition, its really not that difficult. Im loving my training with Louise and will continue with it even though ive hit my goal. I dont want to slip back to old habits"
