Its the last week of the summer term, and I will be signing off for the summer break from next week. I will take some time to recharge my batteries and spend time with my family.

If you have joined me for a yoga class at anypoint this term, or brought your baby along to a baby massage or postnatal yoga class - thank you so much for supporting my small business! You all know that I do love my job, and I will miss you over the summer.

You might still find me making the tea at Wednesday NCT Bumps and Babies (because without volunteers it doesnt run).

Our Postnatal Yoga classes are designed for new mums who want to ease back into movement in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment. These relaxed sessions give you the chance to nurture your body after birth, while also bonding with your baby and meeting other local mums.
There’s no need for childcare — your baby is part of the class. Feed, change, cuddle, or simply pause whenever you need. Everything is baby-led and completely judgement-free.
