SOUTH WALES COMMUNITY CLUB OF THE YEAR FINALISTS 2026

We are delighted to confirm that we have again this year been named as finalists for the Sports Club of the Year in the South Wales Community Awards.

We are shortlisted with Allsortz Netball and Abergavenny Boxing Club.

The awards are organised by the South Wales Argus and sponsored by CS Connected and the winners will be announced at an awards dinner at Rodney Parade on Oct 8.

The awards cover outstanding community contributions across a range of categories such as School and Teacher of the Year, GP Practice of the Year, Volunteer of the Year and Best Community Project.

We are very proud of our Cwmamman community and are thrilled to be recognised once again for our hard work and contributions within it.💙

CLUB DAY OUT - NARBERTH AFC (WEST WALES CUP)

We have drawn NARBERTH AFC away in the West Wales Intermediate Cup on Saturday 3 Oct.

We are running a 52 seater bus and looking to make the most of the opportunity to have a fun club day out together in lovely Narberth alongside the football.

A place on the bus is £12.50 a head. If you would like to reserve a seat please let a club committee or team member know.

SECOND YOUTH WIN IN FOUR DAYS

Our Youth picked up another three points in the Adran Cothi West Wales Youth league with an exciting 3-2 victory over GLYNNEATH TOWN YOUTH at Grenig Park.

Goals from Marley Lewis, Flynn Williams and Dillan Nevin sealed the win while DANIEL HUTTON was voted our best player for an outstanding performance.
