What a glorious weekend the sun finally arrived! We took the opportunity to get out into the mountains for a hike, 6 of us went off to climb Tryfan, definitely out of our comfort zone but with the help from Gareth who lead us up and down safely we had a great day with a sense of achievement. ☀️⛰️🧗🏻‍♀️
Elsewhere Steve was in Rome smashing the Rome Marathon, well done Steve 👏🏟️
We are back out Tuesday evening for our easy social run from the Sir Thomas Jones school we meet in the car park at 6pm if you fancy joining us drop us a dm.

Fancy a run? Easy no pressure with a couple of walks in between? Why not join us on a Tuesday evening, Tuesday is the Arrows social run, we meet at Sir Thomas Jones school car park at 6pm for a nice easy chatty paced 5k around Amlwch, not up to 5k the routes we use can be cut short to suit you. We leave no one behind, so don’t worry about speed it’s about getting out and enjoying it. All are welcome (we are social group and not coaches so under 18s will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult).🏃‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️👏

Amlwch Arrows Xmas tree decorated this morning ready for the Amlwch Christmas festival this afternoon 2pm till 6 with Santa arriving around 3pm please come down and vote for the best decorated tree located in St Eleths churchyard 🎄🧑‍🎄🎅🤶🙏

🎄✨ We are excited to share news that Mental Elf is coming to Nant y Pandy on 13th December! 🎄✨

The 1 mile Mini Elf Fun Run starts at 10:30, followed by a festive 5km Fun Run, (or walk) at 11am, giving you the opportunity to come along and enjoy your parkrun at 9am, then join in the extra festivities whilst making a real difference for mental health support on Anglesey!
