I really did try to take it easy because my back isn't quite 100% yet... but when the energy in the room is off the charts, it's nearly impossible not to get carried away! 😅

Last week my back decided it wanted a bit of attention 😅, so I had to take things a little easier than usual. The good news is it's holding up well and I'm back doing what I love!

So amazing to see lots of new faces joining us — thank you all so much for coming along and bringing the energy! We hope you loved it as much as we did 🪩💚

A big thank you to all our regular clubbers too for always making everyone feel welcome.

Just a reminder there is NO class next week due to the Bank Holiday, so enjoy the extra rest and we’ll be back dancing the following week! 🎶

I’ll be honest, after having a week off my brain completely forgot the choreography at the start 🤦‍♀️😂 but eventually the memory kicked in and we got there in the end!

That’s what happens when you take a break I suppose 😅

Unfortunately, due to low numbers booked in for tonight, I’ve made the decision to cancel this evening’s class at The Bowman Centre, Amesbury 💔

I hate cancelling, but I want to make sure sessions are always full of energy and the best experience for you all.
