30 of team FFS did the Wolf Run at the weekend.

We've been working together for just over 8 weeks now.

Over the last 12 months, Matt's career and social media have been flying. Massive success, but it came at a cost.

His health, fitness, and body composition had taken a back seat, and he decided it was time to do something about it.

So we got to work.

✅ Nutrition: Set clear calorie and protein targets to support fat loss while fitting around his lifestyle.

✅ Training & Activity: Structured his workouts, daily movement, and step target around a busy schedule.

✅ Accountability: Multiple weekly check-ins to keep progress on track and make adjustments when needed.

8 weeks later, the results speak for themselves.

Body fat is down.
Strength is up.
Energy is better.

Most importantly, he's built habits that fit his life and can be sustained long-term.
