Handstands | Online Classes | Workshops | London | Berks 🇬🇧🇩🇪 is returning to Madara to offer 2 more Handstand Workshops on Saturday 19th September:

🤸Complete Beginners Handstands Workshop 1.30-3.30pm
🤸Intermediate Beginners Handstands Workshop 4.30-6.30pm

Both workshops are designed to help you feel confident, safe and supported. Hanna is passionate about sharing her love of hand-balancing - come along and have a go!

Curious about Ashtanga but never tried it? Or maybe you’ve been to a class before but it moved a little too fast to really take it in. We’re here to support you in feeling more confident & at home in your practice.

This 4 week course is designed to let you in at the beginning. We’ll move through the sequence gently & in small pieces so that every Sunday you leave felling a little stronger, more at ease, and more confident in your movement.

You don’t need flexibility. No experience necessary. Just show up.
