A big THANKYOU and FAREWELL to our Amersham venue🥲. A big thank you to each and every one of you who joined us, we have loved getting to know you all and seeing you fall in love with ((BOUNCE)). We have had an absolute blast with you each week 🥰

We were missing a few regular faces tonight who are away, so we’re sending you a big sweaty hug virtually! 🥵

We hope it’s a see you soon, as you can still ((B)) with us 10 minutes down the road at our Chesham venue with Nic and Steph, or our venues a little further afield in Bovingdon and now Tring.

Exciting News! We are moving to a beautiful new studio with air-con in Tring.

Thank you so much for your loyalty and support at Amersham - we have had so much fun with you all🫶

We hope you will continue to come and see us at our other Venues in Chesham and Bovingdon. You can still ((B)) with us on a Monday eve in Bovi, or join Nic for a Blast in Chesham Thursday evening and Friday afternoon.

Team Chesham, Bovi and Amersham smashed it out the park today at ((BOUNCE)) bodyworkshop.

Over 4 hours of working out, 6 class types, lots of giggles and pizza to finish off.

We love how much confidence these events give our crew, it tests their limits and shows them that they are more capable than they think.

It’s starting feel a bit like summer ☀️ (maybe just a little bit?😏)

Have you got some fitness goals for the season? A holiday coming up? Want to build muscle or just generally feel better about yourself?

Now is the time to level up! Pick up the handweights, push a little harder in the sprints, or add an extra classes or class types to your weekly routine.

Let us help you to achieve those goals together - it’s always easier when you’re not on your own 👯‍♀️

Evenings are lighter, so it’s a bit easier to get yourself out for a late class. Now is the time 🙌
