Oh, I’ve just found a little snippet from an interview I did in Rishikesh in 2004, where I talk about my yoga journey and how I spontaneously decided to do another 300 hours with an amazing school there, in a beautiful ashram called World Peace of Yoga.

I’m really looking forward to going back to Rishikesh — or perhaps Bali, as they have schools in both locations — to complete another 500 hours. I genuinely can’t wait to return to training, to keep learning more about yoga, philosophy, and everything that comes with it.

Yoga will always be a part of my life.

Dear friends and yogis,

I just wanted to let you know that I’ll be stepping back from social media as I finish teaching end of April and go on maternity leave. I’ll check in occasionally, but my focus will be on being present during this special time.

If you’d like to stay in touch, please email me your number at [email protected] and I’ll add you to a WhatsApp group for updates on Zoom classes and future sessions.

Also July/August, a few of us will be setting up a running club—we’ll meet in different beautiful green locations and head out for a run together. It’s a lovely way to connect in person.

I’m not saying goodbye—I’ll see you in real life.
