Steep and steamy walk over to Grasmere from Elterwater. Saw some red deer, bought some gingerbread, and had some amazing scones. Finished off with a well deserved pint at the Brittania Inn (10 years almost to the day since our previous visit) in Elterwater, and dinner at the Kings Head in Hawkshead (so much Pork!).

18/2/2018. Sunny 9.7 mile ramble around North Norfolk from Southrepps, Trimingham and Southrepps common. Lovely sunny day, swing, drinking problem and stuffed chicken in a tree. Nice lunch at Vernon Arms in Southrepps.
