What a journey I took myself on this summer .. to brave tech, including videos on vimeo .. create a new part to my business.. and explore my voice and creativity through writing.

My first two free mini online programmes are finally finished. 🙌

It feels an amazing journey, taken from guidance that came in a mugwort ceremony on holiday in Cornwall. ✨️

It makes absolute sense to offer something more than just retreats, so there can hopefully be a continuation of the retreat magic for people when back at home (without any extra costs.) ❤️ ✨️♥️

I love analogies. My healing journey has definitely felt like a jigsaw puzzle. A challenge, but one that has made life more enjoyable and rewarding. I'm trusting more pieces will fit together in time. Menopause is helping me complete some big chunks! Facing the challenges with as much love as possible in the moment helps place the pieces!!

Im so excited to share that the renovation of our steam pond / baby tarn is almost complete. Phil and the boys have all worked really hard recreating the dams. making it deeper, and clearing out weeds. Its a great point to reach when the planting can happen, and a fun bit for me to do. I can't wait to start swimming. ♥️

Artemisia Vulgaris is the Latin name for our native plant Mugwort. She came to me about 8 years a go in a journey, and I've been working with her ever since. This year as she blooms into flower I have been with her through a full moon cycle to explore our connection deeper. She supports with dreams and the wisdom body as well as with the physical womb and menstrual cycle for women. She is an ally for protection, cleansing, intuition, and thresholds. Thank you Artemisia, love you ❤️

During a rose sadhana recently I leant something so precious.
By picking a Rose each morning direct from the bush, building a relationship with her, breathing with her, before then drinking her as a tea has taught me such profound and deep gratitude of what I am consuming. A manufactured tea bag from a box has never taught me this. Its so easy to take everything for granted in our culture where its been made so easy to consume.
In these moments now that I have created with my rose bush and her precious roses there is a sacred reciprocity . Nothing is taken for granted. I can fully feel what a gift it is to make this tea, to receive from Rose and from the Earth Mother. ❤️
