The Ambleside Climbing Wall
Located a few minutes walk from the centre of Ambleside, our Climbing Wall is the perfect place to spend a few hours getting in a workout, escaping Cumbrian weather or learning new skills! We pride ourselves on the personal touch and our enthusiam for the sport we love. Taster sessions for the new guys, learn the ropes for the improver and unsupervised climbing for all

the old hands. Come join us for awesome routes, great tunes and we are luck enough to have Cafe Altitude supplying the refreshments.

That's a wrap on our NICAS Clubs for the summer!
After a busy final week of competing in rope skills, speed and technical climbs & and an intense battle of one-handed carabiner clipping abilities, everyones off for fun in the sun (including Kids Adventure Days with us!)

We're open 9am-5pm every day this summer, with bouldering for little humans 9-10am every day!

A big thank you to everyone who came over to chat and have a go at our competition at the Uoc Welcome Fair! It's great to see so many keen new climbers!

Congratulations to Leo for winning our carabiner clipping challenge with a winning time of 01:06:20!

It was a tight race between lots of other competitors, and thanks again to all who had a go!

Reminder for all new students. We have our student night every Thursday evening. Come along with friends or team up with others for a great evening of climbing and tunes.

Instructors will also be on hand to help with teaching and coaching!

We look forward to seeing everyone over the next several weeks!
