Free social run group. You should be able to run a minimum of 5km. All intermediate levels welcome.

The group is overseen by British Athletics qualified Run Coach, Ursula Brendling.. Meeting every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm from various locations🌟🎉

Hi everyone - meeting tomorrow eve for a run around Grasmere Lake from White Moss. Everyone will run together and it’ll be just over 5k - no-one gets left behind and feel free to come and join us ☺️. Park on the road up to White Moss common where you can do so for free. Lifts available from Ambleside at 5:45 and drinks back in Ambleside afterwards at the Rule 🥳.

Two options, a 5/6km run or a 10km run taking in the beauty of the Langdales. No one gets left behind.

Lifts available from Ambleside at the Post Office at 5.45pm...let us know if you need one.

Hey folks, we are meeting this Tuesday 2 June at 6pm at Wray Castle. Two options, one group running about 5/6k and the other around 10km.

Lifts available from Ambleside, and optional social drinks after.

Friendly run group..you just need to be able to run a parkrun ⭐🎉

Come and join us for a (gentle as we can make it 😃) run from Ambleside up to the Kirkstone Pass Inn tomorrow (28th) evening at 6pm. No-one gets left behind! There is a folk band playing at the Inn starting at 7 and we will stay for a beer or two (soft drinks also available I’m sure 😳😆) and then run back down, so about 10k in total. New runners always welcome - free and welcoming social (the clue is in the name 😃) group.

Meet outside the Salutation ready to go at 6pm. Bring your suntan lotion too! ☀️🥳☺️.

Tuesday evening run from Pelter Bridge around Grasmere and Rydal Water.

6pm start — one 5k group, one 10k group, steady pace, good company, and some of the best lake views around. Come along if you fancy getting a few miles in with Ambleside SRG. Hydrate well, it’s going to be a scorcher!

Hiya folks, meeting this Thursday 21 May at 6pm at Outgate for an altogether run.

Strictly no parking in the pub car park. There is a layby, just 200m past pub. Lift sharing from Windermere and Ambleside. Pick up from Ambleside Post Office at 5.40pm

There will also be a walk for runners recovering from injuries🎉💪🏃⭐

Hey folks, we are meeting this Tuesday 19 May at 6pm for a soggy super run from Ambleside School.

There are 3 options this week, an 8/9km option, a 5km option or a walk for those with injuries who miss the craic!
