We are on 87.5km of 100km on our Dementia Uk March Dog Walk. 🐕 Jewel 💎 has loved it as you can imagine. It’s been good to have a focus to walk for. The charity has raised nearly £5000,000 at the last count. Over 15 thousand registered to walk. I think it’s been so popular because many people have relatives who have suffered or are suffering from this terrible disease. 💕

Well hello! I’m still around. Just been quiet for a while. Life gets in the way of your life. If you know what I mean. Anyway….Jewel 💎 and I are attempting a 100km dog walk in March for Dementia UK. It’s about 3.3km per day so it’s not that drastic. We are over 1/3 of the way there. 38km. Jewel is enjoying it and she’s great company. 🙏🥰

Happier times. My Dad Arthur died last night. He was 90 years old. Pictured here a few years ago with one of his favourite things…ice cream. Dad was an adventurer travelling the world as a young man. Dedicating his working life to social care and the good of others. A socialist his whole life, a gift he passed on to me. Devoted to Audrey my Mum and married for 65 years. What a fantastic example of a human being. ❤️

New yoga studio alert! It’s taken so long to get here.🧘Today was my first yoga session in the new room. 🙏I decided on a 30 min flow and 30 min Yoga Nidra. I’m going to return to online teaching soon. Shortly afterwards the studio will open for small groups and one-to-one sessions. My return has been slow as I have adjusted to life without Mark. I have found Yoga Nidra particularly useful in my healing process. ❤️ Watch this space for the new timetable. 📖 Jewel 💎 took part in yoga today I think she approved. 🥰
