We are an independent Fitness & Performance Gym and Boxing Gym. We offer a variety of classes to people of all fitness abilities:

Metcon Sessions
BoxFit

We are also the home of Spartan Amateur Boxing Club and Lions Den Muay Thai Boxing Club, where we cater for all ages and abilities.
