I’ve officially graduated as a sound bowl practitioner, and it feels incredible to look back at how much I’ve learned and how far I’ve come.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to for nurturing and mentoring me through the sound practitioner’s journey.

I’ll be honest—I truly underestimated the power of sound. With nearly 12 years of trauma work behind me, I thought I’d be fine. But after the recent passing of my identical twin sister, I couldn’t have been more wrong. Sound cracked me wide open, and everything I had been hiding—something I was very good at—just poured out.

Andrea and the beautiful women on the course witnessed my unraveling. And what Andrea did was wrap her arms around me, holding me with such care, even when I said I wanted to quit. (Which would have been the worst decision ever!)

Not only did Andrea guide me through the teachings, but she has continued to check in and support me long after the course ended. The profound changes I’ve experienced—and the transformations I’ve witnessed in others through treatments—are truly astonishing.
