🌟Your enthusiasm & commitment for all our ZOOM classes has pushed us forward as well as helping us adapt in times when we, as a small business, felt completely lost.

We’ve loved seeing each and everyone of your gorgeous faces who have made it every week beaming through ZOOM and so happy to hear that our classes are helping you stay fit & healthy, bringing some well needed normality/routine back in. We’re so grateful to be able to bring a little bit of pilates love to you at home, on your mats, you’re all absolutely mega!

Hi, I’m Laura Pettener and I co founded PL Pilates with my Mum, Pat Pettener

I have been training and educating people (and other teachers) as part of for the last 13 years. I teach how to realign your posture, strengthen your core and build body awareness throughout classes which has shown some fantastic results with our clients.

My passion is always to provide you with the best quality classes with lots of laughs and fun built in.

As our classes are normally full and due to the current situation, we have decided it would be a great opportunity to move into the online world and share with you with all the knowledge we’ve learnt over the years.
We’re excited to begin a new Pilates journey with you helping you get the body you deserve.
