After a wonderful week supporting yoga teachers in training with at the beautiful Trigonos, I'm feeling deeply grateful.

Trigonos offers the time and space to slow down, reconnect with nature, ourselves, and each other. Through practice, breath, reflection and community, we explored ways to support and cultivate our life force energy, allowing prana to flow more freely and consciously through all aspects of our lives.

There is something truly special about stepping away from the busyness of everyday life and remembering the simple power of connection, presence and being.

I'm now back and looking forward to practising with you all this week.

🌿 This week I am away at Trigonos, supporting the wonderful team during their residential week.

As a result, there will be no classes or practice sessions this week.

I look forward to returning refreshed and inspired, and all classes will be back to normal from next Monday.

Keep breathing, keep moving, and remember that yoga is as much about how we live as how we practise. ✨

Spring invites renewal — a chance to gently reset, to let go of what feels heavy, and to welcome in fresh energy. As the days grow lighter and the sun strengthens, we can begin to rebuild, restore, and realign with what nourishes us most 🌱
