The Draft Cup may be over, but we wanted to put together a proper look back at the weekend.

From the first skates onto the ice, to the battles, saves, celebrations and final trophy presentation — here are some of our favourite moments from the tournament.

The Draft Cup was about more than the result. It was about bringing players together, creating new teams, competing hard and having a bloody good weekend of hockey.

What a doubleheader this weekend!

Two fantastic games, two nail-biting finishes, and plenty of great hockey on display.

Bolton Blitz 4–3 Maplehawks
Maplehawks 8–7 Altrincham Jets

Huge congratulations to the MapleHawks, who secured their first-ever victory in a thrilling end-to-end contest against the Jets! A massive milestone for the team.

Credit to all three teams for playing the game the right way, competing hard, and making it a brilliant evening of hockey.

This is exactly what it is all about—development, competitive hockey, and giving players the chance to grow in a fun, challenging environment.

Congratulations to everyone involved!

The Altrincham Jets hit the road this Saturday as they take on the Telford Spartans in what promises to be another exciting league matchup.

Huge thanks to the Dibidabi Stairs for making the trip out to play us last night 👏

It was a great game and a brilliant experience for some of our players — exactly what this is all about. Really competitive, great energy, and a quality group to share the ice with.

We appreciate you guys coming down and hope to run it back again soon 🤝
