is seriously game changing 🔥

If you’ve been thinking about getting one… this is your sign to 👀

I’ve been using a simple 5 minute, 5 exercise routine every day this past week inspired by
My mobility feels better, I feel looser through the swing and I’m getting up to speed way quicker during practice sessions.

The routine consists of the following exercises done on both sides of the body:

🔴 Banded Rib Cage Opener
🔴 Alignment Stick Rotation With Full Body Tension
🔴 Alignment Stick Rotation With Counter Torque
🔴 Kneeling Side Bending
🔴 Outward Shoulder Rotation (this one has been unbelievably good for me)

After doing this routine I genuinely feel ready to go almost immediately without even needing to hit wedges or irons before driver. I’m able to get up to green light golf course speeds much faster and my body just feels more prepared to move faster 💨🏌️

A lot of golfers ‘feel’ like they’re making a change in their swing…but are never actually watching themselves back 🎥❌

That’s a huge problem ⚠️

Because what you ‘feel’ like you’re doing
and what you’re ‘actually’ doing are usually miles apart when first making a swing change 📉

Without camera feedback 📸
you could be repeating the same mistake over and over 🔁 thinking you’re improving 📈…

When in reality…nothing’s changing ❌
or you’re just adding another repetition to a problem you’re trying to resolve📉

Start filming your swing more often 🎥
and actually reviewing it diligently 👀🧠

Now you can:

– See if the change is actually happening ✅
