When we come together with the same intention, with the same goal to find balance and harmony, something magical happens.

Beneath the layers of conditioning, the roles we play, the labels we give ourselves, the expectations others place on us, we are all moved by the same breath, the same life force.
When we come together in unity, in “community “ we feel safe to open to our vulnerabilities our fragility’s.

Creating the space to really see each other~ we allow for what is arising in this moment to be as it is.

It takes great courage to be with what is arising. No resistance, no labelling of good or bad.

A deep integration takes place, an acceptance of who we are.

This is Yoga.
