Found myself with a little free time this morning (and no hangover).
Took myself down to Wilmslow ParkRun for the first time.
Ive always been a fan of the concept and suggested it to clients in the past.
As for myself I have the time and just about the drive to take myself on runs at a time that suits me.
As I mentioned above, it stopped me having that extra 1, 2 maybe 3 drinks last night.. 👍🏻 I also got my daily fix of fitness in.. all before 10am 💪🏼
For those who need to have something in the diary to get it done, then do it! Drop me a message and if I can I will join you. Sometimes a little check-in message is enough to keep us on track and have some accountability!
If you get into it maybe one of our Duathlons would be a good challenge..
