Tickets have officially launched for our next Midlife Movement Morning 🚺 ✨
Join us Sunday 10th May 10am - 12.30pm for a well deserved wellness morning to recharge, move, stretch, learn & connect with other amazing women in all stages of the menopause.
We will start the morning with a coffee & a walk followed by a mini strength workout, yoga session (both are suitable for all abilities), 2 workshops + refreshments & healthy snacks throughout the day.
