We’re delighted to share that, following a fantastic response, we now have a venue confirmed for our brand new 6-week Ladies Weightlifting Course.
The course will take place at Alton Village Hall every Monday from 7:30pm to 8:30pm, starting on Monday 29th September.
Across the 6 weeks you’ll learn the fundamentals of weightlifting using equipment such as Olympic bars, bumper plates, and resistance bands. Sessions will focus on improving your form, mobility, strength, and overall fitness, all in a supportive and like-minded environment.
The course will be delivered by two experienced local coaches who will support you both during the weekly sessions and between them. You’ll also have access to a tailored plan to follow alongside each week’s training, plus WhatsApp group support for advice, motivation, and guidance.
The full 6-week course is £120 per person. To secure your place, a 50% deposit is required. Once you’ve made your payment, please include your full name in the payment reference and comment “booked” below.
