HAPPY NEW YEAR! Start 2025 the right way, take a look at our classes starting in January! 💃🏻🧘🏼‍♀️ PILATES - We have our usual Pilates classes on Tuesdays and Fridays that you’re welcome to join or NEW for 2025 we have added two Pilates classes on Thursday mornings at 9:15am and Thursday evenings at 7:15pm !! The temperature is high this week! 🥵 Luckily for our clients we have a fully air conditioned gym and studio to keep us cool during these hot days! ☀️

Our wonderful client Christopher took part in the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon in San Fransisco on the 9th of June 🏃🏽 🚲 🏊🏼
He completed the triathlon in 03:24:06 and was top 5 in his age group, a great achievement and what an inspiration! 🥇
Christopher has been training with us since 2018 and we are hugely proud of him!
Well done! ⭐️
