Our Bootcamp and circuit training session restarts at Amery Hill School (gymnasium) 7-8pm tonight, after the summer holidays at our private gym.
16+ years old and all fitness levels welcome, just train at your own pace.
£8 a session pay as you train.

A high tempo boxing & bodyweight bootcamp last Tuesday at Amery Hill School in Alton, saw 17 of us having a blast with the pads and gloves.
A fairly hot evening, but great work and great fun!
Do come and join us this week between 7-8pm, we will be in the sports hall and cost is £8 a session.

Suitable for ages 16+ to improve cardio, strengthen, tone, de-stress, tighten core etc.
Just £8 a session, feel free to come and join us tonight, when we will be in the sports hall.
