2025......What a year!!! For so many reasons but for me right now it is the first full year that I stepped away from the corporate word and headed on my own adventure not knowing how far it would take me!!
Tru physiotherapy and yoga took me under their wing and I have loved every second of being there and part of that family, thank you. I am also running Circuits there in the New Year so come along!!
Eclipse Training Associates have been phenomenal with their teaching, getting me to where I am. Anyone looking at progressing or starting their fitness journey then they are the ones to go with!!
Snap Fitness Morpeth and the clients there are so much fun teaching strength and Pilates
Msrrf Fund is such an amazing place. I am humbled to be part of the team there providing Personal Training. The staff and service users are such a pleasure and you have to ask yourself is this actually work?!
The Giddy Gut Nutritionist thank you!! We hope to run another Masterclass in 2026 but I would like to say a huge thanks for all the support over the year!

So so much has been happening the last few weeks .... actually make that months. More to follow but one of the new additions is that I am working with Eclipse Training Associates to help spread the word of their incredible work and be helping out in the background. I actually completed my training with Eclipse and believe in the tutors and their methodology so much. This is not just throwing you into an online course, they run the Active IQ qualifications and are there to help you through the method of learning that best suits you!
