Unfortunately due to staff absence today’s Baby & Toddler session is cancelled. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We’ll be back to our normal sessions next week.

Our sessions run weekly during term time Tuesdays& Fridays 11:00-12:00

🤸‍♀️ Making Gymnastics More Accessible in our Rural Communities 🤸‍♂️

In this video interview, we talk about our vision for making ASN gymnastics (Additional Support Needs) more accessible to children and young people living in rural areas here in the Highlands.

We believe that everyone has the right to access sport, regardless of where they live or the additional support they may need. 🌈

Gymnastics can offer so much more than physical activity it can help build strength, confidence, coordination, friendships and resilience, while supporting both physical and mental wellbeing.

Living in a rural community shouldn’t mean missing out on these opportunities.

At our Highlands club, we’re passionate about breaking down barriers and creating an inclusive environment where everyone can participate, progress and feel that they belong. 🤸‍♀️✨

Over the last few days, Carol and Coach Hannah attended the Special Olympics National Summer Games in Birmingham. We are very proud of Carol and all her hard work to get to this amazing point in her gymnastics career!

Floor: 4th
Overall:🥉

Carol was also lucky enough to be selected to help with the oath at the opening ceremony 🤩
A big thank you to Special Olympics Great Britain for an amazing competition, and also to our friends from City of Glasgow Gymnastics Club who has continued to help support the club on this journey🩵

📢 Membership Renewal Reminder 📢

A reminder to all our members that your British Gymnastics membership must be renewed from 1st September to continue taking part in classes and club activities.

Although members have until 30th September to complete their renewal, you must have a current membership to take part in activities such as classes, competitions and camps.

📧 Scottish Gymnastics are sending renewal reminder emails directly to members. If you haven’t received one:

➡ Check your spam/junk folder

➡ Make sure you’re checking the email address linked to your account

➡ Log in directly to your My BG account to check your membership

Our new gymnastics term starts today and we're excited to welcome back all of our returning gymnasts and give a huge welcome to everyone joining us for the first time!

This term brings a fresh new training programme, new coaches, new challenges, and plenty of opportunities to learn new skills, build confidence, and have fun along the way!

Whether you're taking your first steps into the gym or returning to continue on your training, we can't wait to welcome you!🤸

We’re absolutely delighted to have had the opportunity to attend this fantastic event and support an important local initiative. A huge thank you to Redwoods for the kind invitation!

As a small charity ourselves, we understand just how important fundraising is in helping continue the provision of vital services and support to our communities. It’s wonderful to see local organisations coming together to make a real difference.

Our gymnasts and coaches had a fantastic time, and put on a lovely display in the sun! 🤸‍♀️ 🔆
