If you are suffering from an injury, feeling pain and overwhelmed by work and training….
More is not always better! ✋⛔️
Doing more reps, lifting heavier or training more is something that the fitness industry continues to push.
Learning the tough lesson of injuries and illness over the last few months has made me realise the importance of recovery❤️🩹
Allow yourself to slow down, deload the stress of training, lower the weight and give your body time to recover.
Keep moving but don’t overwhelm
yourself by doing more and more.
Recovery will reward you with:
⚡️More energy
☺️Improved mood
🏃🏽♂️Better performance
🏋🏽Training consistency
Include recovery within your training cycles and trust me, you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve!
