Yoga props. My new video offers suggestions on how to invite in yoga props to support your practice. 🎉

Peri-menopause causes me to have achy hips and a stiff body in rhe morning, not to mention the IBS and fatigue. 🤯

Using props to support my whole body, my hips or knees allows me to soften and feel supported. Allowing my mind and body to feel supported. Meditation eases my stomach cramps😶‍🌫️.

I hope this supports you in your practice. 😘
