Although I wasn’t training at the gym back then, it’s nice to see where you came from at times.

A very skinny boy who hated how he looked.

Now feeling proud of getting to where I am naturally.

This is the beauty of transformation pictures.

The amount of times clients have gotten motivation from seeing a side by side picture speaks for itself.

Sometime you need that visual comparison to give yourself a lift.

For years I told myself my fast metabolism meant I’d barely ever gain muscle. The fact was - I just wasn’t eating enough of the right foods, training with a proper plan or tracking anything.
