You should lift, but if you don’t you should still take the supplements below! Or eat better, it’s up to you.

Creatine- 3-5g 
Not just for getting swole, it has shown improvements in cognitive functions, improving concentration after sleep deprivation and decrease in mental stress. 

Magnesium- 200-400mg citrate daily
Muscle function and recovery, support sleep quality, stress reduction, and regulates blood pressure. 

Vitamin D-1000-5000 IU/Daily 
Take especially if living somewhere with little sun! Ie. 🇬🇧
Supports bone health, immune function, muscle function and strength and mood/depression enhancement.

Fish oil- 250-500mg EPA/DHA Daily
Lowers blood pressure, improves heart health, possesses anti-inflammatory effects beneficial to joint health and DOMS reduction and improves brain and cognitive health. 

Zinc- 
Aim for 10mg elemental daily
Elemental is key here as different 
Immune function, hormone regulation, anti-oxidant and anti inflammation improvements. Be sure to research what type of zinc you take as different types have different dose requirements:

Zinc Acetate: 15 mg

Zinc Sulfate: 22 mg

Zinc Gluconate: 40 mg

Zinc Monomethionine: 25 mg

Zinc Picolinate: 50 mg

Additional:

Whey Protein- increase protein content (duh).

Ashwaghanda- the other green stuff that chills you out.
