Most women aren’t overeating… they’re UNDER-eating.

I know that sounds backwards, but hear me out 🤍

Especially during busy weeks, it ends up looking like:

☕ coffee for breakfast

🥗 a light lunch “to be good”

🍽 picking at meals or skipping them altogether

🍫 then feeling starving and snacking later

And protein? Barely there.

I’ve BEEN there.

Undereating all day, over-exercising, thinking that was the “perfect combo” to lose weight and be “FITNESS”

but actually feeling exhausted, constantly hungry, and not seeing the progress I expected 😅

Because here’s what really happens when you under-eat:

❌ your energy drops

❌ your workouts suffer

❌ cravings go through the roof

❌ your body holds onto fat, not burns it

Your body needs fuel to function, to train, to recover and to actually lose fat 💪

Eating enough — especially getting your protein in — isn’t “overeating”…

it’s what helps you feel full, build strength and create real, sustainable results ✨

The goal isn’t to eat as little as possible.

It’s to eat enough of the right things, consistently 🤍

Being “good” all week isn’t sustainable.

And I know that might be hard to hear… but it’s the truth 🤍

If your week looks like:
✔️ super strict Monday–Friday
❌ then “off track” by the weekend

That’s not a lack of discipline — that’s a good vs bad mindset that’s keeping you stuck 🔁

Labeling foods as “good” or “bad”
Trying to be perfect all week
Then feeling guilty when life happens…

It’s exhausting, and it’s NOT how results are built 💔

Here’s the shift you need:
✨ There is no “good” or “bad”
✨ There’s no “on track” or “off track”
✨ There’s just consistency over time

Because the girls who get results?
They’re not perfect.
They’re just consistent 💪💖

They enjoy meals out.
They have the chocolate.
They live their life… AND still show up.

That’s what actually works ✨

That’s not a discipline problem.
That’s a *too restrictive* plan 🤍

If every weekend turns into:
“I’ll start again Monday”
“I’ve blown it now”
“I’ll be good all week to make up for it”

Then your plan doesn’t fit your life — and no amount of willpower will fix that.

Real progress comes from balance.
From plans that include dinners out, weekends away, family time and life actually being… life ✨

You don’t need to be perfect 7 days a week.
You need something sustainable that lets you chase your goals without giving up living 💪💖

Hard truth, but a freeing one:
If you can’t do it long term, it was never the right plan in the first place.
