I’ve been face taping for over two years now, and our original Face Tape Pack was pretty simple: one roll of tape, a ritual card and access to my guided video.

Fancy a relaxing wood-fired sauna experience with guided facial massage and optional sea dips?

I’m delighted to be collaborating with Wild Scottish Saunas to bring this unique 90-minute experience to Shell Bay, Elie on Saturday 8th August.

Together we’ll move through gentle breathwork, upper-body tension release and a guided facial gua sha routine inside the warmth of the wood-fired sauna. Between sauna rounds, you can choose to cool off with a refreshing cold dip, sea swim or simply enjoy the fresh coastal air.

This isn’t about beauty treatments. It’s about slowing down, releasing tension and leaving feeling calmer, lighter and refreshed, with a healthy post-sauna glow.

Everything is fully guided, so it’s perfect if you’ve never tried gua sha or a sauna ritual before.

Facial wellness isn’t anti-Botox.

Together we’ll learn simple Face Yoga techniques and my signature Facial Cupping routine to help naturally lift, refresh and brighten the face. I’ll guide you through everything step by step before we slow things down with a guided relaxation.
