Been thinking about trying grappling? Come and learn from the best at Submission Factory 💪

Our 6-week Beginners NoGi Course will introduce you to the fundamentals step by step, helping you build confidence and learn new skills alongside other beginners.

You don’t need any experience or to “get fit first”—just come along ready to learn. We’ll help you from there 👊

📅 Starts Monday 9th November
🕕 Mondays & Fridays at 6pm
📆 6 weeks — 12 sessions
💷 £80 for the full course
